These terms and conditions are entered into by and between Empowerment

Empowerment Training Centre Terms and Conditions


By completing payment you are confirming that you have read, understood and are agreeing to the terms & conditions and cancellation policies outlined below.

These terms and conditions are entered into by and between [Empowerment Training Centre ] (hereinafter: “Empowerment Training Centre”) and You (hereinafter: “the Member” “I”). 

Program: Empowerment Training Centre Membership


1.1 All contracts must be paid for in advance. Memberships will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

1.2 I understand there are inherent risks in participating in a program of strenuous exercise. If I sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in the program, I acknowledge that Empowerment Training Centre LTD and the coaching team are not responsible – except where the injury was caused by gross negligence or by an intentional act of the coach.

1.3 I confirm that that I (the member) does not suffer from health problems that would hinder exercise or prevent him/her from engaging in exercise, or that would be detrimental or adverse to the Member’s health, safety or physical condition if he/she did exercise. In case of any doubt, the Member shall seek advice by a medical doctor who should confirm the ability to exercise. 

1,4 I understand Empowerment Training Centre shall have no obligation to perform a fitness assessment or similar testing to determine the Member’s physical condition. If an assessment is done at Empowerment Training Centre. it is for the sole purpose of compiling comparative data in order to track the Member’s progress in a programme and not for diagnostic purposes. 

1.5 I will adhere to all instructions given to me by all Empowerment Training Centre staff.

1.6 I understand my progress is dependent upon my effort, cooperation, consistency and adherence to the program both inside and outside of the training sessions themselves.

1.7 I understand that opening times are subject to change and will vary from the regular schedule over holiday and Bank Holiday periods.


1.9 I understand that in order to be eligible for the action takers guarantee, and to eligible for your money back (if appropriate) I must attend at least 3 coached sessions week at Empowerment Training Centre (every week) whilst completing all the action steps outlined in our Members Nutrition Course. All check ins and assigned habits must be adhered to


The last thing we wanted was to put people in 12 month contracts – especially with recent events. So we opted for 60 days to make it fair, and we’re transparent about how that works; 

2.1 I understand that by completing payment and agreeing on this contract I commit myself to the minimum membership cancellation period of 60 days from the day acknowledged by Empowerment Training Centre staff.

2.2 I understand that this agreement is in place from the contract start date – this commences when payment is successfully processed.

2.3 I understand that once I go through the cancellation process, it is not until I have received confirmation from Empowerment Training Centre (which will be in writing) before the 60 day contract expiry is in place. Following this date there will be no further payments taken.


3.1 The Member agrees to pay monthly recurring fees as follows:

£99.00-£249 (as appropriate for the selected membership) for every month’s membership at Empowerment Training Centre LTD  via recurring card payment through the Stripe payment system.

Note: This contracted membership allows attendance to a [membership dependant] group coaching sessions per week at Empowerment Training Centre LTD. Sessions are not able to be carried over to the next week, nor the next month.


3.2 I agree to purchase a recurring membership at Empowerment Training Centre LTD as an automatic charge to my credit/debit card every month for a minimum contracted period of 60 days from the date of acceptance. 

3.3 I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit/debit card detailed when signing up to this contract via Stripe.

3.4 I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 28 calendar days late.

4.0 MEMBERSHIP PAUSES and 60 Day Agreement

4.1 Membership Pauses are not possible. You must cancel your membership, within sufficient notice or have exceptional circumstances. Empowerment Training Centre will offer you a personalised program, group coaching program or a program to follow if you go on Holiday.


5.1 Following the initial minimum contracted term of 60 days all membership cancellations are subject to authorisation by Empowerment Training Centre, we endeavour this to be 24-48 hours. 

You will, of course, be able to continue at Empowerment Training Centre for a month after your final payment has gone through.

5.2 Cancellation of a contract prior to the expiration of the minimum contracted term requires an early termination fee equal to 100% of the remainder the of the 60-day agreement.

5.3 Exceptional cancellation: a cancellation is exceptionally granted if the Member moves more than ten miles away from any Empowerment Training Centre facility, on presentation of an official document to prove change of address.  It is also possible to cancel the membership due to medical reasons, upon presentation of a medical certificate.

5.4 Memberships that are paid in full/upfront are non-refundable.


Don’t be dick (Rule 6), be respectful and honour this part of the contract that you have selected and agreed to. We have bills and staff members to pay too.

We keep our word on everything we promise to deliver here at Empowerment Training Centre so we expect you to hold up your end of the bargain by honouring this cancellation policy.

5.5 These terms are NOT flexible so if you don’t intend to adhere to these terms then please DO NOT sign up.


6.1 I understand that by completing payment and taking up membership at Empowerment Training Centre. I am entering a contract and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined above.

7.0 Price Changes

All prices are fixed for the duration of a membership.  Any prices changes will be communicated at least one month prior to implementation. If a member cancels there membership and returns at a later date, the membership price may differ from previous memberships.

8.0 Access & Security

Empowerment Training Centre is open Monday to Friday 05:45 until 21:00, and Saturday from 07:00am – 15:00pm, with the exception of bank holidays and exceptional circumstances, when times may vary.  Classes are available according to times stated in the Empowerment Training Centre booking system. Classes and instructors are subject to change with no prior notice.
