Redefine your capability
We change lives by giving people access to exceptional fitness coaching that can be a catalyst for building hope, strength, and self-belief.
We are here for people who have lived a life and want to change the story.
People who are at a crossroads in life and choose to back themselves – they understand that getting fitter is part of building a stronger future.
We provide exceptional fitness coaching in an inclusive gym environment with the support of a tight-knit community so members believe they can reach beyond their previous limits.
Our people
ETC was built for people like you, by people just like you, led by our founder Tim Reid (MSc).
It all started almost by chance, but with one clear goal: to build a supportive, results-driven fitness community where everyone can feel their best and become their best.
Our coaches bring over 25 years of combined experience and thousands of hours helping people just like you. Think of us as problem-solvers, cheerleaders, and guides all rolled into one.
At ETC, you're not just in good hands – you're in the best hands.
